Job Description

The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient functioning of the human resources department. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately. They will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. With their exceptional organizational and communication skills, they will support other HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries in the organization.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records both in paper and digital formats as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and processing employment forms.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and answer any related queries from staff.
  • Help conduct performance management and provide necessary support to managers and employees.
  • Coordinate and manage employee training and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and ensure data privacy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any HR-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices in employee management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with integrity.
