Job Description

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with other office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
