The Medical Representative 11N25 plays a crucial role in bridging healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to address client queries and provide solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize performance.
  • Analyze the territory’s potential and determine the value of current and prospective customers.
  • Create and deliver informative presentations to healthcare professionals about product usage.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the medical sales field.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to maintain understanding of medical products.
  • Participate in local medical exhibitions and conferences to promote brand presence and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare buying processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Ability to understand and present technical information effectively to clients.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage a flexible work schedule.
