Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the marketing department by providing critical support and coordination to ensure the execution of marketing strategies aligns with the company's brand and objectives. This position calls for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with various teams to help execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinate events, analyze market trends, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. You will be the backbone of the marketing team, providing support where needed and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure timely and successful execution of all deliverables.
  • Assist in managing social media content by scheduling posts and monitoring engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to produce marketing materials and content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights for informed decision making.
  • Organize and attend trade shows and promotional events while ensuring a consistent brand presence.
  • Track marketing campaign analytics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies by providing analytical insights and feedback.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to the brand voice and guidelines consistently.
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters, emails, and other promotional collateral for campaigns.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for marketing strategy sessions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical mind with a knack for numbers and the ability to interpret data insights.
