Job Description

The Manager of Production & Operations Planning is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for developing and implementing effective production strategies to achieve operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that production processes are streamlined and that operations are able to meet market demands efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive experience in production planning, and a keen understanding of supply chain management. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficient in using production planning software and tools for process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets critically.
