As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a pivotal link between the company and its varied global customer base.   • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on service alterations and changes.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new support team members as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all international regulations and company policies.
  • Translate customer service materials for non-native English speakers if necessary.

  • Contribute to improving customer support processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages highly desired.
  • Three to five years of experience in a customer support role preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and cultural diversity.
