Job Description

As an HR & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the human resources and operational functions to ensure seamless day-to-day activities and long-term strategic planning. You will oversee various HR practices, structure efficient policies, and facilitate workforce management while simultaneously managing the operational procedures to support organizational goals. Your expertise will be essential to drive organizational culture, staff performance, systems efficiency, and ultimately the overall success of the business. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.

  • Manage compensation and benefits planning and administration for all employees.
  • Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and employment standards at all times.
  • Monitor and report on workforce data and organizational performance metrics.
  • Liaise between department heads and HR to streamline policy communication.
  • Coordinate and manage annual operational budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to align with company objectives.
  • Foster a productive and positive work environment that boosts employee engagement.
  • Manage change management initiatives to ensure smooth project executions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR and operations management roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and labor compliance requirements.
  • Effective leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences.
  • Proficient in HRIS and operational management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
