Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests as they enter the dining establishment promptly.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with service standards.
• Ensure the dining and serving areas are clean and set up properly.
• Provide guests with information about menu items and daily specials.
• Check guest satisfaction continuously and address concerns with managers.
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system efficiently.
• Communicate guest feedback to management and kitchen staff clearly.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times with guests.
• Assist with setting up special event tables for banquets or large groups.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving customers.
• Help with opening and closing duties including inventory and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a food and beverage server is preferred.
