Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost-benefit analysis projects.
• Create detailed reports for senior management with financial findings and insights.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare cost analyses for new ventures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support in the preparation of audit materials and respond to auditing inquiries.
• Develop and implement processes for continuous improved financial reporting.
• Research market trends and financial developments to enhance strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
• Proficiency with financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present complex financial information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred but not mandatory.
