Job Description

A Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a passion for sales. The Field Sales Representative will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. The primary objective is to achieve sales targets through the identification of prospects, lead generation, and effective closing of deals. The role requires an understanding of customer needs and delivering solutions that meet those needs, thereby enhancing the customer experience. In this position, you will actively engage in face-to-face selling, foster relationships with clients, and gather market intelligence to advance company interests.


Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers through various sales channels and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to gain insight into customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to meet the needs of each client.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with prospective clients to close sales.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and achievements to management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to generate leads.
  • Monitor competition in the marketplace and provide feedback to the company.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge to offer exemplary customer solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging sales presentations effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
