  • Manage and resolve any client concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and execute follow-up meetings and calls with leads and clients regularly.
  • Develop innovative sales tactics to capture new business opportunities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
