Responsibilities

• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver the intended message.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesiveness in branding and visual identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlines and commitments.
• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed to improve overall design quality.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to achieve the best visual outcome.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects as necessary.
• Use various design tools and software to produce high-quality graphic designs.
• Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design work with different styles and formats.
• Ensure all designs comply with copyright and trademark laws and regulations.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions for creative content development through visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies, including a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
