Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Field Sales Executive will be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM software.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure contracts are mutually beneficial.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve products and services offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain motivation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated sales territory.
