A Customer Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, providing exceptional service and support. Customer Care Executives are adept at handling multiple communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail is required.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
