Responsibilities

• Lead the design development process for commercial space projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, objectives, and design preferences.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial interior design projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of design.
