Responsibilities

• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for content development.
• Develop partnerships with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on community engagements and interactions.
• Ensure brand consistency in content through tone, voice, and terminology.
• Identify and report on digital trends and key insights which impact our sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Content or Social Media Executive.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Photoshop, Canva, and other design software is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
