Job Description

A Client Servicing Associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining the satisfaction and sustainability of client relationships within a company. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Provide clients with updates regarding new products and service enhancements.
  • Prepare and present client performance reports and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Identify potential business growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Train and guide clients on how to effectively use company products or services.
  • Assist in developing client engagement strategies to improve retention rates.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and accurately to maintain trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a client servicing or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client queries efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Proactive and energetic approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or service protocols.
