Job Description

The Assistant Brand Manager is a dynamic and essential role responsible for supporting the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance market presence and achieve company objectives. Working closely with the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in conducting market research, analyzing consumer data, and identifying new opportunities for brand growth. This position requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior, strong analytical skills, and an aptitude for marketing techniques. The Assistant Brand Manager must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on the overarching brand strategy. This role is also vital for coordinating with various departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand consistency and optimization across all platforms and channels.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to align marketing activities with brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Analyze consumer data and report on brand performance and market trends.
  • Assist in managing the brand’s budget and allocate resources efficiently for marketing activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to optimize promotional and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management review.
  • Facilitate effective communication and feedback loops between various departments.
  • Assist in developing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand brand reach.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
