We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team and help us maintain and expand our client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze client needs and tailor personalized strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Identify potential business opportunities within existing client portfolios for upselling.
  • Provide exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction and retention at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and value to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, emphasizing progress and results.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or conflicts efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends to inform client discussions.
  • Ensure all client communications and dealings are conducted professionally and ethically.
  • Contribute to the development of relationship management policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing team performance and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of experience in relationship management or a relevant role.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts successfully.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing client data.
