Job Description

The role of an Assistant Brand Manager is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and drive consumer engagement. This position involves working closely with the marketing team to implement innovative marketing initiatives, track market trends, and analyze consumer behavior to improve brand loyalty. The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for helping to manage the brand image, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and assisting in launching new products or services in line with the brand's vision. This person should be analytical, creative, and be able to work collaboratively across departments to support the brand's goals.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market changes to adapt brand strategies.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and report on return on investment for campaigns.
  • Support the brand manager in developing marketing presentations and reports.
  • Assist in managing budgets and optimizing spend across marketing channels.
  • Oversee social media presence and ensure brand consistency on digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing concepts.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the brand’s identity and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in marketing or brand management is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including digital media platforms.
