Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Monitor and reconcile company bank statements and ledgers regularly.
  • Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support payroll processes and address any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist with audits and provide relevant accounting information as needed.
  • Manage inventory records and update management on stock levels.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance.
  • Handle general office administration tasks including managing supplies and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
