  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up as required.
  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication tailored to international customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with international customer support standards and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and share feedback.
  • Educate customers on company offerings and guide them through troubleshooting procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting and helping colleagues as needed.
  • Strive for first-call resolution by offering accurate and timely solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Previous experience in international voice support or similar customer service role.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with proficiency in English language required.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills needed for the role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations proficiently.
  • Understanding of different cultural norms and practices when dealing with global clients.
