Responsibilities

• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production processes.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry trends.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create shot decisions.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
• Work collaboratively with producers and directors to fine-tune the final product.
• Maintain organized video editing files for iterative improvements and reference.
• Ensure the final product matches the project vision, audience needs, and client specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of computer editing systems and software like Adobe Premiere.
• Demonstrated video editing skills with a keen eye for storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team.
• Creativity and technical expertise required to produce high-quality content.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is a plus.
