System Engineer (225-730)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated System Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and network infrastructures to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration of new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
• Lead system upgrades and coordinate system maintenance and downtime activities.
• Ensure systems comply with industry standards and security protocols.
• Analyze and optimize system capacity, scalability, and efficiency regularly.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior IT staff.
• Implement automated solutions for routine operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system architecture.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and conduct regular system backup checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a System Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of system and network management tools and software.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders.
• Certification in system engineering or administration, such as MCSE or equivalent, is a plus.
