The Senior HR Generalist is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive support in various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. This role serves as a key advisor and partner to management and employees, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including reviews and evaluations.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide HR input for decision-making processes.
  • Manage HR databases and software to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software solutions and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is highly desirable for this role.
