Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Specialist with fluency in Chinese to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of our property sales operations, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys engaging with clients to provide exceptional service. The Senior Property Specialist will be instrumental in advising clients on property investments, handling negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking clients to understand their property needs.
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients on property investments.
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective clients to showcase available listings and amenities.
  • Negotiate property sales agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare detailed property reports and documents for clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Participate in industry networking events to build connections and promote company properties.
  • Deliver presentations on property investment opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date property listings information for internal and external use.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting real estate listings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Chinese is required, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record in successfully closing property sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
