  • Stay up-to-date with new products and market trends to enhance sales techniques.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through excellent service and rapport building.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Solid understanding of retail principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using retail sales software and customer management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
