Job Description

The Quality Executive is a pivotal role within any organization, responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. As a Quality Executive, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality system framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality standards and regulations. This role involves working across departments to develop and implement quality measures that ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. You will be required to analyze data to identify areas for improvement, lead quality audits, and collaborate with teams to develop strategies for enhancing quality performance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the organization’s reputation and operational success by minimizing defects and optimizing processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for company operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to guide decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify and rectify defects effectively.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices for quality management.
  • Monitor and assess vendor quality performance to ensure supply chain reliability.
  • Ensure all products and services meet customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present quality improvement reports to senior management teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and innovations in quality management.
  • Develop plans to address quality deficiencies and reduce quality variances in processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with teams at all levels.
  • Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools is essential.
  • Certification in six sigma or other quality management programs is highly desirable.
