Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints in accordance with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Oversee and manage the architectural aspects of construction projects from design to completion.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external use.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Create 3D models and visualization to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Lead design charrettes and workshops to foster innovation and teamwork.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance through design complexities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional architecture license or eligibility to obtain one within 12 months.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools is required.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally friendly practices.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
