Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales by engaging directly with customers in various outdoor settings. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients and establishing strong, long-lasting relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively explain the benefits of our products/services and close sales deals. An effective Outdoor Sales Representative combines a passion for selling with exceptional interpersonal abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in outdoor locations to promote our products.
  • Identify and attract new clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for reporting.
  • Participate in and contribute to sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and goals.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to highlight product features.
  • Negotiate sales contracts to maximize benefits for both the company and the client.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sold products and follow-up on customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales trends and customer preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry competitors and market trends to better position our offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, with the ability to travel as necessary for sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for field activities.
