Responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP and civil technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to develop project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings to comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Work with engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure all drafts and technical plans adhere to established safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation and drawings effectively.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, quantity estimates, and timelines.
• Provide technical support and expertise during on-site project installations as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and CAD software updates.
• Conduct field measurements and inspections to inform and update the drafting process.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers concerning technical specifications and materials.
• Prepare reports and presentations on draft works to communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP or civil drafting roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction terminologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
