Job Description

The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in the strategic growth of our organization by leading the talent acquisition process. This includes the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing a talent pipeline that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Working closely with hiring managers, the HR Manager will ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's diversity and inclusion strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and stakeholders. As a key member of the HR department, the HR Manager will also be involved in forecasting staffing needs and contributing to broader HR strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ascertain recruitment needs and execute effective hiring plans.
  • Create and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to continuously optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s online and offline presence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in all recruitment activities.
  • Train and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with HR specialists to integrate organizational goals with human resource strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions to establish feeder programs for new talent.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Report on recruitment metrics to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role with managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team of recruitment professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstratable experience with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
