The Front Office Executive plays a crucial role in creating an efficient and welcoming environment in any organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with proper etiquette.
  • Maintain and organize the front office area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments and conference rooms effectively.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
  • Ensure all visitor logs and security procedures are followed diligently.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office supplies ordering as required.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients or visitors efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide support in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Update records and databases with personnel, financial, or other relevant data.
  • Perform additional assignments and projects as needed to support office operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or front office role.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office technology tools.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills are required.
  • Professional appearance and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and appropriately.
