Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to layout pipe installations.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations in all plumbing operations and tasks.
• Provide estimates on job time and costs for clients and project managers.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are kept in proper working condition.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient and effective task completion.
• Document and record completed work and any necessary follow-up actions.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of new plumbing technologies and industry best practices.
• Liaise with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals.
• Advise clients on maintenance and plumbing system upgrades needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in plumbing preferred.
• Valid plumbing license is mandatory for all applicants.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in plumbing services or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, supplies, and tools for task efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
