Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Support other administrative staff with clerical duties as needed.
  • Manage basic inquiries and direct them to the relevant personnel.
  • Assist with office projects and special tasks as assigned by management.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and VoIP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
