Join our dynamic food and beverage team as an F&B Attendant. As an integral part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for enhancing guests' dining experiences. With a focus on delivering high-quality service, you will ensure that all guests are satisfied and their needs are met in a timely manner. Your role will involve working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth guest service operation. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure the highest standards of health and safety. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up for guests’ comfort.
• Respond to guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing and presenting bills and handling cash transactions.
• Monitor the guests' dining experience and offer prompt assistance when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Support and assist colleagues in delivering quality service to guests.
• Follow all company and safety and security procedures and policies.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Reliable team player with the ability to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
