The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of the human resources team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaboratively work with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop plans to meet those demands effectively. The specialist will employ a variety of sourcing techniques, use data-driven insights, and leverage social media platforms to create talent pipelines. In addition to recruitment, this position will provide guidance on best hiring practices, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and uphold the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate is meticulous, interpersonal, and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple requisitions across different departments. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the emphasis will be on building robust relationships both internally and externally to optimize the recruitment process and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with hiring managers to understand each department's staffing needs.
  • Source candidates using a range of methodologies, including direct approaches and social media platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resumes and job applications for initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to monitor the hiring process effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback loops.
  • Stay informed about new trends and practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes.
  • Support in designing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process for job offers ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to network and promote the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field mandatory.
  • Proven work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar roles for three years minimum.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple recruitment projects to tight deadlines across various roles.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in the hiring process.
