Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.
