Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field accredited program.
• Licensed architect with a valid certification through a recognized board.
• At least five years of professional architectural design experience required.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and modeling applications.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
