Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and utmost professionalism.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
  • Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and special events for guests.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous responses.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback systematically.
  • Handle inquiries and bookings for conference and meeting room facilities.
  • Oversee the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards set by the establishment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in hospitality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for multitasking.
  • Proficiency in using concierge systems and hotel management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for guest services.
