Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our brand's social media strategy. This involves developing and implementing tactics designed to enhance customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will manage the creation and publication of original, high-quality content across various social media channels. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing metrics, responding to followers in a timely manner, and maintaining our brand voice while fostering a sense of community. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be essential in identifying new opportunities to expand our social media presence across different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging networks.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond promptly.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with promotional efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Manage and control social media advertising budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Engage with followers, fostering a two-way communication and community.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with social media influencers relevant to our brand.
  • Organize and oversee live social media events to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and benchmark our social media performance.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve problems.
  • Proficiency with design-editing software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
