We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in guiding our product's vision and strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product execution from concept to launch. Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaborations to ensure product development meets market demands.
  • Conduct market analyses and use data-driven insights to inform product development.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure features are implemented as planned.
  • Communicate product goals and objectives effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and potential gaps in the market for new product opportunities.
  • Coordinate product launches with teams including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Collect and analyze feedback after product launch to inform future product iterations.
  • Ensure all product strategies respect regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Monitor competitor products and assess the competitive landscape regularly.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from brief, development, testing to release with precision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product management or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
  • Proven analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in conducting market research and user testing to guide product direction.
