Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Advisor to join our team at 24D25. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing leads within a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will proactively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless sales process and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone or email to generate and qualify leads.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and customer preferences.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotions.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management regularly.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and document customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by handling queries and complaints promptly.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and techniques.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Engage in follow-up activities to confirm customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment, is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
