As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions while cultivating lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all sales in the company database regularly.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies.
  • Provide detailed product information and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and new business development.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and client satisfaction.
  • Attend training to develop knowledge about product features and industry developments.
  • Participate in team meetings to share experiences and improve sales techniques.
  • Analyze and report sales metrics to evaluate efficiency of sales strategies regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently.
