  • Achieve personal and team targets related to customer service performance metrics.
  • Contribute to product and service improvement by gathering customer feedback.
  • Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and insights.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry practices to better assist customers.
  • Handle return and exchange requests following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective correspondence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools for task management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
