  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar recruitment role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software, social media platforms, and databases.
