Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping our organization make data-driven decisions and improve our business processes. Your insight and detailed analysis will support our teams in understanding and deploying effective strategies to enhance performance and meet our business goals. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and ensuring they align with the organization's objectives. Your expertise will be vital in communicating complex information in a simple manner to stakeholders across different sectors. Your role will not only revolve around problem-solving but also around anticipating future trends and needs. Your contribution will directly impact the organization’s operational efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements after consulting with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data trends to offer solutions for business process improvements.
  • Develop and enforce clear guidelines for project outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and management stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on business performance against pre-set objectives and KPIs.
  • Create comprehensive business models to forecast potential improvements in processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement systems that meet business needs.
  • Prepare training materials and guides for staff regarding new processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Identify and document opportunities for technology-driven process enhancements.
  • Conduct workshops and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Keep projects within budget while achieving or exceeding the expected results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a business analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Tableau, SQL, or similar applications.
  • Experience in documenting complex business processes and analyzing proof of concept results.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices is a plus.
