Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with department managers to understand their personnel needs, develop recruiting strategies, and source candidates through various channels. Your ability to engage with potential candidates, assess their skills, and determine their fit within the company will be critical. You will also be responsible for building a strong employer brand to ensure we attract high-quality applications consistently. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
  • Draft and present job offers to selected candidates in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and opportunities.
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve hiring practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to attract and retain top talent efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter; experience in HR or a similar field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines effectively.
