Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the online business presence for a company. This position involves planning and executing effective audience engagement strategies as well as sales and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost website sales. An E-Commerce Executive works collaboratively with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and meet organizational goals. They are responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
  • Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing updates.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Analyze sales data to derive meaningful insights and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock levels.
  • Enhance website user experience by implementing best practices related to e-commerce design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce role with successful sales improvement track record.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
