Construction Manager (225-1007)

A Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and leading construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schedules accurately.
• Proficient in construction management software and various project management tools.
